Regina firefighters battling a blaze at Crown Shred and Recycling Thursday said the fireplace is under control.
In keeping with a Regina Fire Twitter post, the fireplace began sometime around 12 p.m.
Crews were in a position to contain the fireplace and keep the fireplace from entering the structure.
Regina Fire says no person was injured and that an inspector can be attending the scene.
Residents are being asked to avoid the world at the moment.
Crown Shred and Recycling is positioned at 225 Sixth Ave. E.
