The importance of Tenant Engagement cannot be overstated. Tenants are capable of determining a building’s efficiency and have an impact on 20% of the energy and water that is used in an office building.

Once engaged, tenants often they can come up with the best ideas on how to improve the building’s efficiency. Tenant engagement also increases tenant satisfaction rates, community engagement, and pride of place.

TF4GBD is a unique event series that focuses on green building issues in the local Toronto area, and it is an offshoot of the successful Toronto Greenhouse networking series. Our mission with the TF4GBD is to create a space for unbiased dialogue about green building strategies, with the objective of increasing the rate at which sustainability measures are being implemented. Our audience consists of a rare cross-section of the local community that is concerned with green building issues, including: designers, engineers, policy advisors, researchers, business owners/managers, and developers.
